URACA assigns a responsible overall project manager to each customer project. This manager analyzes the individual task at hand and serves as the primary contact for both customers and suppliers. In the scope of project planning, URACA develops a solution, including a feasibility evaluation in relation to the existing products. During the individual project phases, the project manager coordinates the work of all of the departments involved.
Besides technical and commercial considerations, planning work and calculations also take into account environmental factors. URACA organizes the required trials and tests either internally or externally. Regular status reports deliver information about the overall progress of the project and they ensure that deadlines and costs are efficiently controlled. If any modifications prove necessary, the project manager will take record of these and incorporate them into subsequent project planning.
