Why URACA valves?

URACA has been known for decades for the highest quality in the construction of high-pressure positive displacement pumps and high-pressure valves. In order to consistently meet this requirement, URACA in Bad Urach develops and manufactures highly reliable and durable valves for small to very large flow rates and system pressures of over 3,000 bar.

On the one hand, we can serve a multitude of necessary and meaningful individual functions, on the other hand the uniquely broad spectrum of valve types also covers many combinations of functions. This allows systems and plants to be built in a much more compact, efficient and cost-effective manner. As a further special feature, URACA valves offer maximum personal safety for the operator. Switching positions can be reliably and precisely queried and evaluated in the system control. Depending on the valve type, it can be used in potentially explosive areas up to zone 2. Highest material quality allows the use with different media and medium temperatures.

Almost all URACA switching valves can shut off a consumer line reliably against full operating pressure without auxiliary energy.

Cascadable URACA valves can be assembled extremely compactly to form a valve station.

The universal control valve combines the most important functions of high-pressure technology in one component. The pneumatic control ensures smooth switching. Very high response reproducibility.

Special features: designed for frequent switching operations, can be designed in various materials according to the flow medium, suitable for recycled water, operating pressures up to 1,400 bar.

The classic air-controlled safety valve with integrated bypass function. The pneumatic control ensures smooth switching. Optionally available with integrated closure valve.

Special features: designed for frequent switching operations, application range for operating pressures of up to 800 bar.

Water-controlled switching and pressure relief valve for soft switching. Very high response reproducibility.

The "circuit breaker". When responding, a large cross-section is immediately free (full stroke characteristic). Wear on the sealing surfaces is effectively prevented.

Especially suitable for pressure testing applications or systems without auxiliary power. The response pressure / test pressure can be individually adjusted via the handwheel.

The continuously "adjustable tensioning nozzle" for diverting a defined partial quantity under operating pressure.

Keeps the operating pressure constant regardless of the flow rate. The spring can be completely relieved so that the delivery medium can pass through the valve without pressure (manual bypass function). Application range for operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar

When the adjusted operating pressure is exceeded, the valve operates as a proportional excess pressure valve. Several consumers (e.g. spray guns) can be operated simultaneously (multi-consumer operation). After closing the last consumer, the valve switches to pressureless bypass operation. Probably the best multifunctional pressure test valve worldwide with an extremely wide adjustment range

The URACA pressure test valve combines safety valve, pressure control valve and a check valve. Direct connection of a pressure sensor and a drain valve is possible.

When the adjusted operating pressure is exceeded, the valve operates as a proportional excess pressure valve. Check valves prevent a reversal of the specified direction of flow and thus a backflow of the delivery medium to be pumped.
