Retrofitting in Industry 4.0

In mechanical engineering, retrofitting refers to the process of modernizing or updating an existing machine or system to improve its performance, efficiency, reliability, or functionality. OPC-UA (Open Platform Communications - Unified Architecture) and Retrofit
