Lance system for cleaning of large vessels - with 10 m stroke

With 32 fully automatic lance systems for high-pressure cleaning of very large vessels, URACA currently delivers
a comprehensive complete solution for a large industrial plant. This includes several pump units with approx. 580 l/min against 540 bar operating pressure and up to 650 kW drive power
as well as URACA tank cleaning heads - all suitable for use in Ex-areas (potentially explosive atmospheres).

The high-pressure lances are electrically driven and are moved into the vessels by a conveyor chain with a 10 m stroke.
Before delivery each cleaning system is subject to extensive tests in order to ensure highest quality and reliability.
During final test run each lance is installed vertically on the 20 m deep floor shaft which has been specially set up for this purpose.

After checking of all functions the careful packaging and loading of the huge lances takes place.
URACA thus supplies here a completely customized "turnkey" cleaning system - extremely reliable and durable.
